Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/No-Show Fee - Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged 50% of the service price.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a 'No-Show' and subject to the 50% fee, as we must remain on schedule for following clients
If hair requires a wash due to heavy product or buildup, a $ Wash Fee will be added to the total service cost
